Setcommandselectsthebehaviorofthedeviceonhowthereceivingofnewmessagesfromthenetworkis

indicatedtotheDTE.

+CNMI: <mode>,<mt>,<bm>,<ds>,<bfr>

Testcommandreportsthesupportedrangeofvaluesforthe+CNMIcommandparameters.
