4. Failure Transmission Email – Sender will have the option to

receive failure transmission report via email.

Archival Settings

1. Auto Archival – This specifies that the message will be deleted in

the system once the status is deemed to be FAILURE or

SUCCESS or NOT USE.

2. Archive After Transmission Hours and Minute – This specifies how

long the message will remain in the system till it is deleted.

Incoming Filters

Incoming Filters

Incoming Filters are a set of inbound rules to determine the actions

taken for the incoming message.

User will be needed to specify the filters to route in priority, the

licensed user responsible for this incoming message as well as the

corresponding transmission options.

Once the message is received, the system will process the filter based

on filter priority. If the current filter meets the conditions, the message

will be routed to the designated transmission options else it will move

down to the next priority filter until it meets it’s conditions. If all

conditions fail, the message will be ignored.
